Dear Ma'am Nona,
Goodday!
I would like to know if there's something I could do, or take, or eat, if I want to ensure that I would have milk right after I gave birth to my first baby..so that I could breastfeed him/her, atmost 30minutes after delivery? And one more thing, what could be the alternatives for formula milk?
Thank you very much for your advocacy. God bless you more!

Sincerely,
Mrs. Christine Achivar-Pendon

Hi, I just wanted to know if there's a chance i can switch back to breastfeeding after almost a month of stopping due to medical reasons ( I was taking medicine that could harm the baby). My baby is turning 2 months this May 4 and is on formula after i stopped breastfeeding him for two weeks. Now, I was told by my Doctor its already safe to breastfeed... I tried for a day or two but my milk is already low in supply as in only drops now. Need help coz i really wanted to breastfeed my baby.... thanks
